Our installers were Dave, Adrian, and Camryn. They could not have done a better job. The guys were all very friendly and courteous, and had excellent workmanship skills. They installed our play set completely leveled and secured in concrete and did zero damage to any lines underground. They were punctual and completed the job to perfection in just a few hours. What an incredible place to get a play set for your child! Every person that we were in contact with was willing to go above and beyond for our sweet little love! We had several emails back and forth with Jen exchanging ideas and we were always welcomed with an inviting smile. After hours of research, my wife and I decided to go with MoPlay. We are so glad we did! Every step of the way we were impressed with their service (super friendly and helpful), and they worked with us to get it as quickly as possible for before my sons 5th bday. Highly recommend; I purchased a Goalsetter basketball goal from them and within a couple weeks they came out and poured the concrete and had it up once the concrete was set (took a couple days due to January weather). We didn't have to lift a finger and the basketball goal is made in the USA!

It has been a great experience. From the moment we contacted MoPlay, we were provided great customer service by Jen and Dave. One of the reasons we chose them is because they offered an experience of getting to talk to and meet with them face to face to discuss our needs. Incredible customer experience from start to finish. Jen was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and easy to work with, and went above and beyond to make sure our goal was delivered on time for a birthday party (which had a quick turnaround). Dave and his team installed our goal and at one point hit a snag in the dig. They communicated the situation well and addressed it effectively. Upon final installation (which was ahead of schedule), they added grass seed and straw in the disturbed area, a nice final touch to an overall fantastic experience. Absolutely loved the whole experience! Jen helped plan the whole set, walking me through each option and talking about the price of each add on. Once we decided on the set, the crew came out and put it together so quickly and with above-and-beyond attitudes.
