WHY YOU'LL LOVE THIS POSITION
The designer will get to work with a variety of customers and projects from residential to commercial play areas. They will work with the website, social media, office design, project layout and design, and much more. Using creativity and design, they will get to experience a variety of aspects of the playground industry. Most importantly, they’ll have an awesome team to work with and make a huge difference in their community!
A DAY IN THE LIFE
High quality work, attention to detail, organization, and self-motivation are an absolute must for this position. An out of the box, creative thinker that is good with people and willing to build new relationships in the community. This role entails building and maintaining the website, social media, email campaigns, creating marketing materials, office materials, photo editing, project design of play areas for families and communities, and offering overall superior service to our customers. On the technical side, knowledge of Microsoft programs, Wix, Photo Shop, Adobe Suite programs, Corel Draw, CAD, Canva, and multiple social media platforms is required. There will also be other responsibilities such as trade shows, keeping the display areas looking great, occasional trips to playground locations to take pictures, and other duties as required or assigned.
You will be one of the first faces our customers see and remember when they do business with our company. A friendly smile, a genuine love of people, and being a great communicator will help you succeed.
Location: Most of your time will be spent in the office.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED FOR SUCCESS
2 years of design experience.
Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and body language.
Ability to thrive in a multi-tasking environment.
Over-achieving work ethic, a positive attitude, and a self-motivator (always looking to see what you can do next. This is a perfect job for people that like to stay busy.)
Experience in Wix, Photo Shop, Adobe Suite programs, Corel Draw, CAD, Canva, and multiple social media platforms is desired. An eye for taking/editing pictures. Some video creating and editing is a bonus.
Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneNote experience
